The thing about pretzels is that I simply love them. Every time I go to the mall, I make sure I have one right at the time I get in and seriously, I don’t mind having oats for dinner later on just to make up for giving in to that aroma. And trying to make pretzels at home had been on my mind for the longest time now. It’s just that I was not sure whether the result will be as good.
My day job requires me to work with bloggers. And I had been coordinating something with Jo from Jocooks.com [2]. I had to check a few things on her website. And voila, I spotted this pretzels recipe. I knew I had to try it. So this weekend I finally took the leap and tried out the recipe. I tweaked it a little but pretty much followed her recipe. And the result was just delicious. Super soft, buttery with an irresistible yeasty flavor, this recipe is such a keeper.
