More fruit, my friend. I have joined Weight Watchers a few weeks back. The program is just great and enables you with every tool to be more accountable with what you pop in your mouth. And in a nutshell, I have understood that I have to reach out more often to the fruit basket than the candy bowl to combat monotony (read afternoons at work). Honestly, haven’t been very good with fruits at any point in my life except for a banana here and there. So to make sure that the new-found enthusiasm I am experiencing about more fruit intake does not die an inglorious death, I am making a conscious effort to come up with recipes that incorporate fruits in the most attractive and delicious way. This watermelon fresca is one such showstopper of a drink.

Description
A delicious summer thirst quencher. Try out this Watermelon Fresca Recipe at home and make a refreshing watermelon drink for everyone.
Ingredients
- Watermelon – 1 medium
- Sparkling water – ¾ cup
- Mint Leaves – 1 bunch
- Sugar – 4-5 Tbsp (as desired)
- Lemon – 1, juiced
- Ice – 2 cups
Instructions
- Divide 1 tsp of lemon juice, mint leaves and ice among four glasses.
- Muddle the ingredients.
- In a blender, blend the water melon and water together.
- Pour into the glasses.
- Stir and serve.
